The girl who stood up to the bullies

I really want to be a writer. My favorite one is JK Rowling. She was born on July 31, 1965 in England. While growing up, Jo stood up to the bullies in her school. Jo did not like fighting in real life but she loved fighting battles in her imagination. All these imaginary stories helped her develop as a writer. JK Rowling is famous for Harry Potter series of books. Millions of copies of her books have been sold. Her books have been translated in many languages. One day I will read her books.

Solar eclipse

Hi everybody ! A solar eclipse is coming up! Over a million people people are going to see it. I live in Oregon so its going to be pretty crowded . A solar eclipse is when the moon blocks the sun . After a minute or two, the moon gazes across the sun. A solar eclipse is really rare so lots of people are coming to see it . My plan is to run away .Bye!
